These are the choices in the customer’s “Choose a hat” dropdown. Switch one off and it disappears from the website right away — your inventory, stock, photos and pricing all stay exactly as they are, so you can switch it back on any time.

Each tier = “this price applies once the hat has at least this many patches.” A hat with fewer patches than your lowest tier uses the lowest price.

💾 Backup & Auto-Sync (protect every photo & all your work)
Your data lives in this browser on this device. To make sure you never lose a photo or any work, use the tools below.
1 · One-click full backup
Downloads a single file containing everything — all patches, hats, events, settings and every photo. Save it into your Box folder (or Google Drive / Dropbox) and it’s protected in the cloud. Restore it here on any device.
Restore a LARGE / multi-file backup
For a big catalog exported in pieces (an ...everything-else.json plus ...patches-part1of13.json … part13of13.json). Select all of the files at once — they load one at a time into the photo vault so a huge catalog never crashes. This replaces everything currently on this device.
2 · Automatic sync to a folder
Pick a folder once and the site will auto-save a fresh backup into it every time you make a change, plus a dated snapshot once a day. Choose a folder inside your Box Drive (or Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive) desktop app and those apps upload it to the cloud automatically — a true off-device backup.
Note: works in Chrome or Edge on a computer. While the site is closed nothing runs, so open it during a work session to sync.
For a hands-off sync that runs on a schedule even while you’re away, the site would need to be hosted on a server with a cloud database (e.g. Supabase or Firebase). Ask your developer to scope that when you’re ready.
